An Invitation

Your body is not a project to manage, fix, or improve. It is a living intelligence, shaped by ancestry, experience, and the rhythms of the earth.

Perhaps you’re here because something in you is tired of holding it all together. Or because you sense there’s more to life than surviving, performing, and pushing through.

My work is an invitation to gently unwind the ways your body and nervous system have learned to brace against life, and to question the stories that taught you to override yourself in the first place. Together, we reconnect with your instincts, your capacity for pleasure and choice, and the wider web of life you have always belonged to.

This might look like resting deeply, possibly for the first time in years. Feeling anger move through your body without swallowing it or letting it consume you. Discovering a boundary you didn’t know you were allowed to have. Or feeling something long dormant begin to stir: desire, curiosity, creativity, a sense of being fully alive.

Hi, I’m Neha

I know bracing from the inside. For years, I pushed through, held myself together, and measured my worth by what I could do.

Learning to listen to my body changed more than how I felt. It changed how I worked, loved, rested, and understood my place in the world.

Now, as a somatic practitioner and meditation teacher, I accompany others as they explore the patterns that have shaped them and discover more freedom to feel, choose, relate, and participate more fully in life.

You Belong to a Much Wider World

The wave in your spine remembers the first fish that swam. The iron in your blood was forged in stars. Your body carries the rhythms of generations, the seasons, and the living earth.

You are not separate from nature, looking out at it. You are nature, feeling, breathing, desiring, and becoming.

And the earth holds you without asking you to be worthy. The ground bears your weight. A tree offers shade without needing to know what you’ve accomplished.

Yet we live in a world that teaches us to forget these relationships. To treat our bodies as machines, the earth as a resource, and our worth as something we must continually prove.

Remembering our belonging is not simply a beautiful idea. It’s something we can come to know through our bodies, through relationship, through the slow practice of letting ourselves be held.

Sometimes we need a little help finding our way back.
